1. Scope and order of terms
These Billing Terms are incorporated into the Terms of Service and apply to paid services offered by Luxury Referrals. Your checkout page, order confirmation, and any signed subscription, campaign, or referral agreement identify the billing model, price, service period, market, opportunity type, and other commercial terms you accept.
If these Billing Terms conflict with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control unless a signed agreement expressly states otherwise. A checkout offer or signed agreement controls its specific price, percentage, credit, service period, and market terms.
2. Billing models
Luxury Referrals supports both recurring subscription services and upfront-fee-plus-pay-at-closing services. The public pricing experience may feature one model at a time, but these Billing Terms continue to govern customers and obligations under either model.
All prices are stated in USD unless the offer says otherwise. You are responsible for reviewing the complete offer before submitting payment.
3. Payment authorization and account information
By providing a payment method and confirming an order, you represent that you are authorized to use that method and authorize our payment processor to charge the amounts and on the schedule shown at checkout or otherwise agreed in writing. Available payment methods are those presented by the processor at checkout.
You must keep your billing, contact, and payment information current. We may use account and contact channels to provide receipts, renewal notices, failed-payment notices, invoices, closing-fee communications, and other billing information.
4. Subscription services
Subscription charges and service period
Subscription charges begin when checkout is completed. The amount, billing interval, included market or ZIP-code coverage, opportunity type, and service period displayed at checkout are part of your order. A monthly offer is billed at its stated monthly interval. A prepaid or annual offer is billed according to the charge and service period displayed at checkout.
Promotional service periods
If an offer provides a longer service period than the number of paid months, including a six-paid-months-for-twelve-months offer, the checkout summary controls the amount charged and service period delivered. Unless the offer expressly says otherwise, unused promotional months have no cash value and do not create a prorated refund right.
Advertising and campaign allocation
Where a subscription includes managed advertising, amounts paid may be allocated among media spend, campaign setup and management, platform access, data, support, and related services. Third-party advertising platforms control delivery and auction costs. We do not guarantee impressions, lead volume, lead quality, conversion, closings, commissions, or return on spend.
Renewal
A subscription renews automatically at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize recurring charges to the payment method on file. We may retry a failed payment as permitted by the processor and law.
5. Upfront fee and pay-at-closing services
One-time upfront fee
The upfront amount shown at checkout is charged once when you enroll and does not automatically renew. It covers onboarding, market configuration, campaign preparation, platform access, and related service work for the selected opportunity type and coverage.
Referral fee after a closing
The referral percentage or amount accepted at checkout or in a referral agreement becomes due when a transaction attributable to an opportunity introduced through Luxury Referrals closes and satisfies the applicable agreement. The agreement or invoice will identify the fee basis, calculation, reporting requirements, and due date.
You agree to maintain accurate opportunity statuses, promptly report contracts and qualifying closings, provide reasonable transaction documentation needed to confirm the fee, and cooperate in resolving attribution questions. A closing fee is not a recurring subscription charge.
Upfront credit
When the offer states that the upfront fee is credited toward the first qualifying referral fee, the credit is applied dollar-for-dollar as described in that offer or referral agreement. The credit is not cash, is not transferable, has no cash-redemption value, and does not independently create a refund right.
Saved payment methods
A payment method may be saved for authorized account billing. A closing fee will be coordinated under the applicable referral agreement and will not be charged automatically merely because the payment method was saved, unless you separately authorize that charge as permitted by law.
6. Taxes, invoices, and records
Applicable taxes may be added where required. You are responsible for taxes, duties, or government charges associated with your purchase other than taxes imposed on our income. Receipts are provided through the payment processor or available account channels. Contact support if you need a billing record that is not available in your account.
7. Failed payments and overdue balances
If a payment is declined or an amount remains overdue, we may retry the payment, request an alternative method, pause advertising or delivery, suspend account features, cancel affected Services, or pursue lawful collection. You remain responsible for valid outstanding charges and reasonable third-party collection costs to the extent permitted by law and an applicable agreement.
We do not extend credit merely by allowing time to resolve a failed payment. Restoring service may require payment of the overdue balance and confirmation of a valid payment method.
8. Cancellation and ending service
You may request cancellation through an available billing portal or by contacting support@luxuryreferrals.com. A recurring subscription ordinarily remains active through the paid billing period and then stops renewing, unless the checkout offer or signed agreement states a different commitment or termination rule.
Cancellation does not reverse charges already incurred or amounts already committed to media, market preparation, onboarding, or services performed. Ending a pay-at-closing service does not waive a referral fee or reporting obligation tied to an opportunity introduced before service ended.
9. Refunds, credits, and guarantees
Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law, approved by us in writing, or expressly covered by a written refund or performance guarantee displayed at purchase. Any guarantee is governed by its stated eligibility, market, timing, follow-up, status-reporting, profile, and documentation requirements.
Any discretionary refund, waived payment, replacement service, or account credit is a one-time accommodation and does not obligate us to provide the same remedy in another situation. Credits are not redeemable for cash unless required by law.
10. Billing questions, disputes, and chargebacks
Contact support@luxuryreferrals.com within 30 days after a disputed charge first appears so we can investigate. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and reason for the dispute. We may request additional information reasonably needed to review the matter.
Please allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve a reported issue before initiating a chargeback. A chargeback does not eliminate a valid payment obligation. We may suspend affected Services while a dispute is pending and may provide the processor with account, authorization, delivery, communication, and transaction records relevant to the dispute. Nothing in this section waives a right that cannot legally be waived.
11. Price and service changes
We may change prices or service structures for future purchases and renewals. Material changes affecting an existing recurring plan will be communicated before they take effect where required by law. Continuing or renewing after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated price or plan where permitted.
